A warm welcome awaits you at our newly converted barn dating back to 1840, situated less than two miles from Ashburton, at the south eastern foothills of Dartmoor. We are surrounded by stunning countryside and farmland and offer direct walking access onto Dartmoor National Park with its wonderful views and lovely walks. Available locally is a good selection of golf courses, riding, fishing, walking, bird watching, sailing, canoeing and many more attractions including the renowned Ashburton Cookery School, Totnes, Dartington, Buckfastleigh, & the River Dart, as well as the local coastal areas.
We offer two large king-size, en-suites and one large double with private bathroom, all with tea/coffee making facilities and a private sitting room with open fire to relax after a hard day sightseeing, walking, cycling or canoeing! We serve hearty breakfasts using local produce, on the patio in our charming secluded garden and can recommend numerous excellent local pubs and eateries for dinner. Children and well behaved dogs welcome. If required, we offer storage and wash off facilities for bikes and kayaks. Ample, secure parking.

Ashburton is a thriving gastronomic market town with an exciting variety of speciality shops and eating places. Stroll around the town and meander in and out of the wonderful and abundantly stocked delicatessens, wine merchants, traditional bakers and butchers shops.
